Come by the Coldwell Banker Tara Properties’ booth at the Island County Fair in Langley from Thursday, August 17, through Sunday, August 21. The Highlands will be featured with brochures and flyers and you can get any details on the project, the new construction, availability of lots and houses plus any information you may want on living ‘green’ in Langley on Whidbey Island.
