Langley Builders combines a fresh outlook with many years of cumulative experience in design and construction. Since the mid 1980s, Erl Bangston, owner and manager, has been constructing residential homes using energy efficient designs and green building techniques. The last five years have brought innovation and advances to the design and the construction process to build better, more efficient homes. Our staff is educated and trained to implement this process from site selection to the completion of construction providing for homes of comfort and quality for today, tomorrow, and 30 years from now.

Homes at The Highlands are being designed and built to be environmentally sensitive using many green building techniques and Low Impact Development methods. Sizes of the homes will vary from under 1,000 square feet to approximately 2,500.
Some homes have views of Puget Sound and Mt. Baker. Others overlook the local territory of commons, forest, and farmland.
